These terms and conditions shall apply to’s rewards programme (the “Rewards Programme” and each reward that is claimed under the Rewards Programme shall be referred to as a “Reward”). These terms and conditions were last updated on 15 June 2017 and will apply to all claims for Rewards that relate to Qualifying Purchases made after 09:00 on 15 June 2017.

By claiming a Reward you agree you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1. The Rewards and Customer eligibility;

1.1.     Under the Rewards Programme you may be entitled to claim:

1.1.1.   a meerkat toy (a “Meerkat Toy”); and / or

1.1.2.   “Meerkat Movies” membership which shall entitle customers to 2 for 1 cinema tickets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (“Meerkat Movies Membership”).

1.2.     Further details of these Rewards, what Reward you are entitled to claim and how to claim a Reward are set out below.

1.3.     To be eligible to claim a Reward you must be a resident in the UK and aged 16 years or over (on date of purchase) and have made a Qualifying Purchase. Please see clause 4 for details of what is a Qualifying Purchase.

1.4.     If:

1.4.1.    you have never purchased a product via; or

1.4.2.    you have previously purchased a product via but you have not made a Qualifying Purchase for at least 12 months,

and you make a Qualifying Purchase, you will only be eligible to claim a Meerkat Movies Membership .

1.5.     If you make another Qualifying Purchase within 12 months of making a Qualifying Purchase you will be entitled to claim Meerkat Movies Membership and a Meerkat Toy.

1.6.     Limited Edition Star WarsTM Meerkat Toys will only be available for additional Qualifying Purchases made after 09:00 on 13th April 2017, while stocks last.

1.7.     You must make a claim for a Meerkat Toy within 60 days of the date of your Qualifying Purchase.  Please note that you will not be able to claim a Meerkat Toy after this time.

2. Claiming Your Reward

2.1.     You must claim your Reward using the same email address that you used when you made your Qualifying Purchase.

2.2.     Before you can claim your Reward after making a Qualifying Purchase, you must have a account (“YourAccount”). If you do not currently have a account you must create one to be able to claim your Reward.

2.3.     To claim your Reward you can either log in to YourAccount or click through to YourAccount from the email that will be sent to you following your Qualifying Purchase. If you are eligible to claim a Meerkat Toy, you must make your claim within 60 days of your Qualifying Purchase date, otherwise you will only be able to claim Meerkat Movies Membership.

2.4.     Once you have logged in you can access your Rewards in the Rewards Hub and will be displayed the Rewards you can claim based on your eligibility.

2.5.     If you are eligible to claim a Meerkat Toy, you can choose your preferred Meerkat Toy in the Rewards Hub. Once you have selected your preferred Meerkat Toy you cannot change your preferred selection.

2.6.     We reserve the right, at any time, to substitute your selected Meerkat Toy with another Meerkat Toy. We will notify you if we have to substitute your selected Meerkat Toy with another one.  

2.7.     You must confirm your details and claim your Reward in accordance with clause 1. If you cancel, reverse or fail to complete your Qualifying Purchase within 30 days you will not be eligible for a Reward.

3. Meerkat Movies Membership

3.1.     Your Meerkat Movies Membership

3.1.1.    Your Meerkat Movies Membership is linked to your YourAccount and will be activated when you claim your Reward.

3.1.2.    Your Meerkat Movies Membership will be activated on your Qualifying Purchase.

3.2.     Duration

Your Meerkat Movies Membership is valid for 12 months from the date you click-through from the website to the provider and make your Qualifying Purchase (not from the date your membership is activated by claiming your Reward).

3.3.     Your membership and renewal

3.3.1.        YourAccount holders are limited to one active Meerkat Movies Membership per account and only one YourAccount per person.

3.3.2.        You will not be eligible for Meerkat Movies Membership when renewing or buying directly from the product provider.

3.3.3.        In order to renew your Meerkat Movies Membership, you must make a new Qualifying Purchase through

3.4.     Revocation

3.4.1.    If are unable to verify your Qualifying Purchase we reserve the right to revoke your Meerkat Movies Membership. You will be informed of this in advance and given 30 days to supply additional verification information. If you do not provide us with the information requested and we are unable to verify your Qualifying Purchase, we will revoke your Meerkat Movies Membership.

3.4.2.    We reserve the right to revoke your Meerkat Movies Membership if you:    Breach or attempt to breach any of these terms and conditions (including not making a Qualifying Purchase);    Sell or distribute  of your code to third parties (including sale via auction sites);    Abuse or attempt to abuse the Meerkat Movies Membership (such as abusing code redemption); or    Undertake activity which, in our sole opinion, constitutes misuse or abuse of the website and/or Meerkat Movies app.

3.5.     Meerkat Movies codes

3.5.1.   To acquire your Meerkat Movies code you must download the Meerkat Movies app to your mobile device or tablet, or visit YourAccount via

3.5.2.   You may claim only one code per week and the code can only be used once.

3.5.3.   Your code is only valid for one screening on either Tuesday or a Wednesday.

3.5.4.   Your code expires on completion of your transaction or, if not used, at 00:00:59 (59 seconds) on the Thursday after it is issued. Codes cannot be used once they have expired.

3.5.5.   Codes are non-transferable, are for your personal use only and may not be sold, lent or gifted to any third party.

3.5.6.   Data charges may apply to your use of the Meerkat Movies app. Please contact your mobile phone service provider for more information.

3.6.     2 For 1 cinema tickets

3.6.1.    Your Meerkat Movies code applies to all standard cinema screenings publically available on Tuesdays or Wednesdays at participating cinemas.

3.6.2.    Once you have claimed your code, presented it to the cashier at the point of purchase and it has been validated, you will receive one cinema ticket at no cost when you purchase more than one cinema ticket for the same screening. The lowest priced ticket will be free.

3.6.3.    The free cinema ticket will be issued for the same film and screening as the paid cinema ticket.

3.6.4.    You will not be able to use your code for pre-ordered cinema tickets, unless the individual participating cinema advises differently. Please see participating cinemas website for more information.

3.6.5.    Your code applies to standard cinema screenings and excludes premieres, previews (and other pre-release screenings that are not directly on sale to the general public), school bookings, corporate or private hires, third party bulk ticket purchases, private screenings, event cinema, live broadcasts and as live broadcasts. 

3.6.6.    The code only covers the cost of a standard priced ticket for a standard cinema screening. In the case of Northern Ireland, your code will only apply to a standard full priced ticket and not the discounted price available on Tuesdays. Participating cinemas may charge an additional fee for premium screenings, premium seating and/or for 3D glasses. This additional fee may be payable on both the paid and the ‘free’ ticket. Examples of premium screening and seats include, but are not limited to: IMAX, 3D, D-BOX, 4DX, Impact, Superscreen, Extreme Screen, XPlus, Luxe, VIP seats, premium seats and gold class. Please contact your local participating cinema for confirmation.

3.6.7.    Admission is not guaranteed and seat availability is on a first come first serve basis.

3.6.8.    Your code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as discounted tickets, unless advised otherwise. There are no cash alternatives and the codes have no cash value.  We cannot provide you with a cash equivalent refund.

3.6.9.    Admissions are subject to normal BBFC film classifications.

3.6.10. The individual participating cinema’s terms and conditions of sale, purchase and admission/entry apply. Ticket prices may be subject to change at any time, without notice.

3.7.     Meerkat Toys

All Meerkat Toys are subject to availability and some may be limited in stock or must be claimed within a specified period of time (such as Limited Edition toys).  We reserve the right to remove the promotion at any time. We will give as much notice as we reasonably can when doing this. Any such amendments will be published on our website.

3.8.     Receiving your Meerkat Toy

3.8.1.    We will endeavour to send your Meerkat Toy to the UK address specified during the claiming process and within 90 days from either:    The date you claim your Meerkat Toy via the Rewards page on YourAccount; or    The date we receive confirmation from the relevant third party product provider that the Qualifying Purchase has been made;

Whichever is later.

3.8.2.    Occasionally, delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control and so delivery cannot be guaranteed within the timeframe referred to above.

3.8.3.    Your Meerkat Toy will only be sent to UK addresses.

3.8.4.    Some Meerkat Toys will contain specific restrictions as to suitability for use or have associated health and safety information. Any such restrictions or safety warnings will be clearly advertised on the Reward section of YourAccount and with the Meerkat Toy when sent to you. It is your responsibility to read any such restrictions or warning and ensure that the Meerkat Toy is suitable for your intended use.

3.8.5.    We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the Meerkat Toy shown are an exact reproduction of the appearance and/or colours of the Meerkat Toys advertised. Any sizes quoted are approximate.

3.9.     Returning your Meerkat Toy

3.9.1.   In the unlikely event that you receive a Meerkat Toy which is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible by following the returns instructions in the Rewards section on YourAccount and providing us with details of the fault. Faulty Meerkat Toys are free to return but please obtain proof of posting. We will send you a replacement Meerkat Toy within 30 days of the faulty Meerkat Toy being received by us, subject to stock availability. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the faulty Meerkat Toy with the same Meerkat Toy; however, we will endeavour to provide a similar replacement. Please note, we cannot provide you with a cash equivalent refund or any other form of alternative Meerkat Toy if you are not satisfied with the replacement Meerkat Toy sent to you.

3.9.2.    Faulty Meerkat Toys must be notified to us within 30 days of receipt of the Meerkat Toy by you. We will not replace a Meerkat Toy where faults arise from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. We are unable to exchange Meerkat Toys for any other reasons other than the Meerkat Toy being faulty.

4. Qualifying Purchases

4.1.     Meerkat Movies Qualifying Purchases:

4.1.1.     These Qualifying Purchases shall apply to Meerkat Movies Membership:    Purchased: car insurance, motorcycle insurance, van insurance, contents and/or buildings insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, landlord insurance or travel insurance;    Switched: domestic energy (gas and/or electric), broadband, home telephone or digital TV;    Obtained: a credit card or loan, mobile phone;

4.1.2.    Non-qualifying purchases:    Business insurance, breakdown cover, business energy, mortgages, savings accounts, current accounts, health insurance and income protection insurance, or SIM only contract

4.2.  Meerkat Toy Qualifying Purchases:

4.2.1.          These Qualifying Purchases shall apply to the Meerkat Toys:         Purchased: car insurance, motorcycle insurance, van insurance, contents and/or buildings insurance, pet insurance, life insurance, landlord insurance         Switching: domestic energy (gas and/or electric), broadband, home telephone or digital TV;         Obtained: a credit card or loan. In relation to credit cards, only two successful credit applications can be made within six months (obtaining additional credit cards within this time will not count as a Qualifying Purchase). 

4.2.2.          Non-qualifying Purchases:         Travel insurance, business insurance, breakdown cover, business energy, mortgages, savings accounts, current accounts, health insurance, income protection insurance and mobile phone and SIM only contracts.

4.3.  All Qualifying Purchases must be made through

4.4.  Joint policies, combined purchases or switching (for example: joint life insurance, mortgages, credit cards, buildings and contents or dual gas and electric tariffs) shall count as one Qualifying Purchase only. 

5. General terms

5.1.  Only one claim can be made per Qualifying Purchase. You will not be able to make multiple claims on the same Qualifying Purchase.

5.2.  We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you or anybody else in connection with this promotion.

5.3.  Toys are not reserved at the time a Qualifying Purchases is made by you. All Meerkat Toys are distributed on receipt of a valid claim and Meerkat Toys are allocated to customers on a first come first serve basis.

5.4.  We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond our reasonable control.

5.5.  All rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute or remove any Rewards at any time. We shall provide you with as much notice as reasonably possible. Any amendment shall be published on our website. In the event an advertised promotion subsequently becomes unavailable, we will provide an alternative at our discretion. There are no cash alternatives.

5.6.  We reserve the right to change, add or remove any product currently defined as a Qualifying Purchase. Any amendments to the current definition of Qualifying Purchase will be published on

5.8.  These terms and conditions shall only apply between you and us. Unless otherwise stated, no other person may benefit from or rely upon these terms and conditions.

5.9.  We rely on the accuracy of the information provided by the third party providers of your Qualifying Purchase via to verify your entitlement to Rewards. We accept no responsibility for any delay, failure, or error by a third party provider in notifying us that a Qualifying Purchase has taken place. Third party providers will be unable to assist you with any enquiries on the Rewards; therefore, in the event you have any queries or disputes please contact us directly on

5.10. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

6. Use of data

6.1.  Personal information will be used in order to administer your Rewards.

6.2.  In respect of a Meerkat Toy claim your personal information may be passed on to third parties in order to fulfil our obligations.

6.3.  You acknowledge that by accepting the Reward we will send you updates and information in relation to the Reward.

6.4.  A full description of how your data will be used is set out in our Privacy Policy. By submitting personal information to us, you consent to the processing of your personal information by us and our agents in accordance with the Privacy Policy found on our website.
